This is the Hello Kitty Compact Mirror that is sold exclusively at Sephora. I purchased this for $18+tax. This mirror does NOT come with the velveteen pouch that the Hello Kitty crystal encrusted Bling Mirror comes with. It is made of plastic and the silver plastic does scratch. I leave it in my purse with my keys so I've found scratch marks on it :( Nonetheless, I still find it extremely cute! Here is a my video.
